Lydia Raquel Pistagnesi ha informado que el poeta, escritor y periodista argentino, radica en Valcheta, R\u00edo Negro, Jorge Casta\u00f1eda ha sido nombra Presidente de la Uni\u00f3n Hispano Mundial de Escritores, de la filial Argentina en la provincia de R\u00edo Negro.<\/p>\n
Esta prestigiosa instituci\u00f3n cultural que re\u00fane a m\u00e1s 4000 escritores de todo el mundo tiene su sede en la ciudad de Trujillo (Per\u00fa) y fue fundada por su actual Presidente Carlos Garrido Chal\u00e9n, siendo su actual directora Hilda Hern\u00e1ndez Chiliberti.<\/p>\n
